ALCC's desire is to offer an early childhood program that seeks to enhance the development of the whole child (physically, socially, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually).
We use both child-directed and teacher-directed approaches to activities.
Every child has unique needs and abilities and learns at his/her own developmental pace.
We believe that children learn best by observing and then doing the activities that they have observed.
We seek to provide children with opportunities to participate in hands-on activities that will stimulate their development.
We want each child to feel safe, secure, and that they belong--which will help them grow and develop self-confidence both academically and spiritually.
We are a Christian-based childcare center utilizing Bible stories and Christian music in order to teach children valuable lessons that will stay with them throughout their entire lives.
Lead TeacherThis is a position that requires hands-on interactions with children.
Must be available to work between the hours of 6:
00am-6:
00pm Monday through Friday.
Must have (or be willing to obtain) CPR, first aid, and other required certifications.
A background check will be conducted before starting employment in this position.
All teachers are asked to give a clear testimony of salvation and be a member in good standing at a Bible-believing church They must also be in agreement with the statement of faith of ALCC and be willing to teach in accordance with Abundant Life Baptist Church's beliefs and standards.
Compensation is based on experience level, and raises are based on job performance.

Starting at $13.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
