The successful candidate should have prior experience answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments and will be responsible for taking detailed notes during patients' appointments.
This is the perfect position for the right candidate who wants to utilize their communication skills and help support our team of physicians.
Responsibilities:
Follow-up on patient referrals.
Update and maintain paper and electronic files.
Answer and route incoming calls.
Greet patients, visitors, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner.
Arrange for hospital admissions and outpatient procedures; Coordinate hospital services to be provided to patients.
Make appointments for patients and answer general inquiries about the practice's services, policies, and procedures.
