Our work environment includes:
Small drive-through coffee stand at one location Free drinks while working and discounts to all employees
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies - Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop - Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation - Assist with food preparation, such as sandwiches, pastries, and salads - Ensure all products are stocked and replenished as needed - Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or the retail industry is preferred - Strong cash handling skills and basic math abilities - Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, and change - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures - Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Note:
