Job Description Our Front Office staff is usually the first contact our patients have either by phone or in person.
This position is responsible for assisting with a welcoming environment with an energetic and multitasking personality.

Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication, multitasking, and mathematical skills General understanding of insurances Computer skills High School diploma at minimum Pay is negotiable based off previous work experience Responsibilities Greet patients on the phone or in person Schedule appointments Collect patient demographic and insurance information Enter exam fees and contact lens charges Decipher vision benefit information to apply to patient account/ledgers Collect and process patient payments and apply payment towards patient account/ledgers Balance daily deposit File vision insurances Work on a rotating Saturday morning schedule Job Type:
